Mandatory Disclosure

Required by the Constitutional Declaration of IdeaFarm (tm) City.

IdeaFarm (tm) City is an external association constituted by delcaration in 1999. IdeaFarm (tm) City is constituted as a private property of a specific U.S. citizen, who is referred to as its "governing proprietor". The Constitutional Declaration requires full, auditable disclosure of the finances of the Governing Proprietor. This informal disclosure is intended to fulfill this requirement provisionally.

Governing Proprietor: Wo'O Ideafarm (Wo Of Ideafarm) (1999-present)

The divisions of the finances of the Governing Proprietor are:

The divisions of IdeaFarm (tm) Operations are:

IdeaFarm (tm) Operations consists of two people:

Investment in IdeaFarm (tm) Operations is accomplished by purchasing mEx (tm) and then investing the mEx (tm) balance. Thus, the investment transaction occurs within the jurisdiction of IdeaFarm (tm) City, not within the jurisdiction of U.S. or other territorial law. Both of the current investment transactions are, in effect, gentlemens' agreements. A total of $1100 worth of Recorded Dividend Policy Bonds have been sold. The current published policy calls for these bonds to be repaid 2 for 1 out of revenue as soon as practical without jeopardizing the mission of IdeaFarm (tm) Operations. In addition, short term conventional interest free loans totalling $70 must be repaid out of wage income as soon as the organizer establishes relationships with temporary employment agencies. The text of the Revenue Policy Bond agreement is disclosed at the bottom of this page.

Roster of Finger Lifters: Every person who is currently "lifting a finger" by paying the organizer $8/month for 8 months is listed here. (See the button on the home page.) Goal: 256 finger lifters. Tally: 0 (No one has clicked yet. The entries listed here are fictitious, to illustrate how you would be listed.) The unique phrase or passcode in each entry was invented by the finger lifter and emailed to the organizer.

Within IdeaFarm (tm) City, numeric values are written using radix 16, and digits are in increasing order of significance, left to right. For example, the foreign number 16 is written as 01. When foreign rendering is desired, it is indicated by an explicit radix indicator. For example, the foreign number 16 is written, using foreign rendering, as 16_9. The '9' indicates decimal radix.

Foreign cultures typically use only decimal radix. The IdeaFarm (tm) City infrastructure facilitates the use of all radix values from 2 to 64_9, inclusive. Usually, hexadecimal radix is used, and is the implied radix when none is indicated. But for large values, such as those in a financial disclosure such as this, radix 64_9 values are used. The "bigit" values from 0 to 62_9 are represented by 0-9, a-z, A-Z. The bigit values 63_9 and 64_9 are represented by ? and @. The following disclosure presents radix 64_9 values. For example, 01 is 64_9, 001 is 4096_9, 0001 is 262144_9, and 00001 is 16777216_9 (about 16 million).

Within IdeaFarm (tm) City, a calendar with 001 (256_9) days is used. Each calendar period is called a "duck", and is comparable to the "year" of the foreign calendar. Each duck is divided into 4 quarters of 04 (64_9) days each. The names for the quarters are:

Each quarter is divided into 8 strongs of 8 days each.

Quarterly data for the current and prior duck are followed by aggregated data for the prior duck:

Recorded Dividend Policy Bond Agreement

AGREEMENT
Wo'O Ideafarm
Governing Proprietor - IdeaFarm (tm) City
Federal Constitutional Protectorate of the United States of America

Jurisdiction: IdeaFarm (tm) City. (Not U.S.). This agreement shall be subject to the Constitutional Declaration of IdeaFarm (tm) City and adjudicated by IdeaFarm (tm) City Court. It shall be neither subject to, nor adjudicated by, any court of any territorial government, or any other court, unless so ordered by IdeaFarm (tm) City Court.

Investor: Mohammad Yousuf Chaudhry
Entrepreneur: Wo'O Ideafarm (Wo of Ideafarm); http://ideafarm.com
Other parties: none

Item: Recorded Dividend Policy Bond
Fund: IdeaFarm (tm) Operations 1
Total: 50000_9 mEx (tm)
Quantity: 50000_9
Price: 1 mEx (tm)
Other consideration: none

Description: A free and clear grant by Investor to Entrepreneur. Investor receives no valuable consideration whatsoever. A "gentlemen's agreement". Not an adjudicable contract. Investor receives a "Dividend Policy Bond" of the indicated quantity.

Definition: A "Recorded Dividend Policy Bond" is a nonadjudicable claim on the Entrepreneur's indicated "Recorded Dividend Policy Fund". Transferable. Adjudicable value is zero, even if market value is higher. These are registered, not bearer, bonds; a transfer of owner is affected only by modifying the registry.

Definition: A "Recorded Dividend Policy Fund" is a public declaration, by a resident of IdeaFarm (tm) City, that a specified portion of his property comprises the named fund. Any resident may declare one or more such funds. The declarator decides when to add to, or subtract from, the fund, and when to disburse a portion of the fund to bond holders. All Fund events are recorded in a permanent public record. This disclosure includes the verified legal name, city, and postal code of each bond holder. Proceeds from the sale of bonds are placed into other accounts, not into Fund. For any disbursement from a "Dividend Fund", all bond holders are treated equally. For any "Policy Fund", the declarator operates the fund according to a published policy. Such a policy is subject to change at will and without notice, unless it specifies otherwise.

Policy: This policy declaration is subject to change without prior notice; see http://ideafarm.com. In the event that IdeaFarm (tm) Operations, a sole proprietorship, is dissolved, all extant claims (bonds) against Fund become void. This unhappy outcome shall diminish public perception of Entrepreneur's competence but shall not necessarily diminish perception of his integrity; significant entrepreneurial risk is involved. While IdeaFarm (tm) Operations continues, Entrepreneur shall make frequent partial disbursements until all bondholders have received 2 for 1. Such disbursements shall be made as early as possible without jeopardizing the mission of IdeaFarm (tm) Operations. When a bondholder has received double his money, his bond becomes void. This is the first and only IdeaFarm (tm) Operations Fund; Fund 1 will be closed (repaid) before any subsequent IdeaFarm (tm) Operations Fund (Fund 2) is created.

WE THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY MAKE THE ABOVE AGREEMENT, AS MODIFIED BELOW. (Specify modifications, if any, below this line and above all signatures. Below your signature, print your name and the date and time that you signed. The agreement comes into existence when all parties have signed.

The following table presents its information in conventional terms. Amounts are in USD, using conventional numeric representation. Dates are expressed conventionally rather than in IdeaFarm (tm) City time.
